Departure

Generally, we touch base with your Airline before your arrival at the airport.

Both, check-in and baggage drop off will be taken care of while you have the possibility to chill out in the private Lounge until you will be escorted , either through the terminal or by private car transfer to the awaiting aircraft.

Arrival

After your arrival, you will be picked up by a dedicated greeter directly at the airplane and escorted to the VIP Lounge.

We work with the VIP Lounge staff taking care of your baggage as well as potential immigration procedures. Your greeter will also be in touch with your driver to guarantee a trouble-free depature in your car from the airport.
